Common Questions

Short answers to the things families usually ask first.

Who are Kithwell's programmes designed for? +

Kithwell's programmes are open to families at any stage — parents, guardians, adult children, or any household looking for peer connection, general education, or a more organised approach to shared records. There is no requirement to join more than one programme.

Are these sessions held in person or online? +

Community support groups and parenting information sessions are held in person at our Bang Rak location. Some informational content is also available digitally. Records organisation tools are provided as downloadable templates you can use at home.

What does the fee cover exactly? +

Each programme price covers participation in all scheduled sessions or access to all tools within that programme. For support groups, that includes facilitation and venue. For information sessions, printed reference materials are included. For the records tools kit, all templates and the folder guide are covered.

How do I know which programme fits my situation? +

A brief conversation with our team is usually enough to point you in a useful direction. You're welcome to ring or email with a general description of what you're looking for — no commitment required to get that information.

Is what I share in support groups kept private? +

Yes. All participants agree to keep group discussions within the group. Facilitators also follow this principle. Personal details shared in sessions are not recorded or shared externally.

When do sessions take place? +

Support groups run on weekday evenings and Saturday mornings. Parenting information sessions are scheduled monthly with occasional additional dates. Contact us for the current timetable — sessions do fill, so it is worth enquiring a little ahead of time.
